Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You'll Do

As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring finished products meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished parts and assemblies for quality, appearance, and workmanship
• Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment such as:
  • Calipers
  • Micrometers
  • Tape measures
  • Gauges
• Review work orders, specifications, and manufacturing instructions
• Identify defects, dimensional discrepancies, surface imperfections, coating issues, and other non-conformances
• Tag, document, and segregate non-conforming materials
• Verify proper packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation
• Complete inspection reports and accurately record measurements and findings
• Communicate quality concerns to production leadership and team members
• Perform minor touch-ups or corrections when permitted
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operating procedures
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, production, fabrication, machining, welding, or a related industrial environment
• Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers
• Ability to accurately read and interpret measurements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written work instructions and specifications
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Preferred:

• Previous quality control or quality assurance experience
• Experience reading blueprints, drawings, or technical specifications
• Background in fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, or production environments
• Knowledge of dimensional tolerances and inspection techniques
