Plant Supervisor

Salary: 25-35 hourly

The Plant Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and optimizing manufacturing equipment and production processes within a coffee roasting and packaging environment. This role partners with operations, maintenance, quality, and production teams to improve efficiency, reliability, safety, and product quality. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for productivity improvements. 
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment failures and implement corrective actions. 
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs. 
• Collaborate with production teams to reduce downtime and increase throughput. 
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. 
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers on engineering projects. 

Qualifications 

• Experience in manufacturing, food processing, packaging, or industrial operations preferred. 
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. 
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems, maintenance practices, and process improvement methodologies. 
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
