A growing manufacturing company equipped with advanced machinery and innovative technology, specializing in the formulation and production of premium skincare products, including creams, lotions, serums, and masks, is seeking an experienced Production Lead to join its team in Chatsworth, CA.

Summary: Seeking a hands-on leader with experience overseeing production lines in a manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, ensuring productivity goals are met, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily production line operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Assign work, monitor employee performance, and provide guidance to production staff.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse, quality, and management teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor inventory and material availability for production runs.
• Utilize ERP systems to track production data, inventory transactions, and work orders.
• Complete production reports and communicate updates via email and internal systems.
• Train and support new production employees on procedures and safety practices.
• Identify production issues and work proactively to resolve them.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment while enforcing company policies and GMP standards.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Production Line Lead or similar supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
