Job Title: Woodworker
Job Type: Evaluation Hire
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible, 20-40 hours per week
Hours Available: Any schedule between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Build and assemble custom wood components for travel trailers
  • Measure, cut, sand, and install wood materials with precision
  • Operate common woodworking tools and equipment safely
  • Read measurements and follow work instructions accurately
  • Work closely with team members to complete custom customer orders
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and customer specifications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards

Qualifications

  • Previous woodworking experience required
  • Passion for woodworking and craftsmanship
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs
  • Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
