Job Overview:

Express is looking for a Utility operator who can perform preventative maintenance on equipment and conducts pre-shift inspections. Helping installing bio filter piping, Keeping grounds, ramp, and screening plant clean and organized and executes other tasks assigned by supervisor by performs the following duties. 

 

RESPONSIBLITES:

• Keeps grounds, ramp, screening plant and shop clean and organized. This includes various yard-work such as weed-eating, occasional painting, sorting of tools or parts, digging with a shovel, etc.
• Removes excess materials from processing areas using hand tools such as shovels and picks. 
• Cleans pipes of debris (4 inch pipes) using various hand tools. 
• Installing and drilling holes for ventilation on 20 foot long 18-inch in diameter pipes
• Performs basic maintenance on skid steer to include filter changes, oil and coolant monitoring, and all other preventative maintenance.
• Performs other tasks assigned by supervisor.  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Skid Steer experience prefer.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk 
• Must have at least a year of building maintenance experience
• Landscaping experience is a plus
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
