Pay: $22.00–$28.00 per hour
Location: 100% Remote
Contract Length: Immediate start through November

Available Schedules:

Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM

 

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Central Support Specialist to assist the Facilities Division of a Fortune 500 company.

This is a contract opportunity for someone who works well independently, communicates professionally, and thrives in a collaborative remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Facilities Division.
• Coordinate and respond to internal requests.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Update information within company systems.
• Communicate with team members through email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
• Prioritize multiple assignments and meet established deadlines.
• Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties.
• Work closely with remote team members to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, customer support, or office experience.
• Prior remote work experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Ability to learn new software and internal systems.
• Ability to work independently while remaining connected with a remote team.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
