Fabricator Job Summary: A Fourth Generation owned and operated privately held company is looking for new team members to support their foam mold and fabrication process.
Fabricator Requirements:
- Fabricate and assemble foam components for baby cribs according to specifications and quality standards.
- Measure, cut, glue, and shape foam materials using hand tools and production equipment.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, durability, and overall quality before packaging.
- Operate machinery safely while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Follow production schedules, work efficiently to meet daily goals, and adhere to all safety procedures.
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st Shift; 6:00am-2:00pm (With over time as required as early as 4am)
- $17.50/HR
Fabricator Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Proven history of good attendance
- Ability to read simple work instructions
- Lifting to 30lbs
- Team minded
