We are currently seeking a Seal Repair Technician with 1–2 years of mechanical repair or maintenance experience to join our client's team in Milton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work and is looking to grow their career in the rotating equipment industry.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble mechanical seals and components.
• Identify wear, damage, and determine possible causes of seal failure.
• Repair seals by lapping, polishing, and replacing worn or damaged parts.
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Complete inspection and repair documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in mechanical seal repair, maintenance, machining, or a related field.
• Experience using precision measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on shop work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality and safety.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
