Punch Press Operator-Multiple Shifts up to $23/hr

Salary: Up to $23/hr

Express Employment of St. Croix Falls has partnered with a company in Osceola who is looking for a Punch Press Operator. For this position candidates will be running mechanical and hydraulic punch presses.  Hours for this position are from 5am-3pm Mon-Thu for 1st shift, and 3pm to 1am Mon-Thu for 2nd shift. Pay is up to $23/hr based on experience. 

Job Duties:

• Operate stamping press efficiently and effectively.
• Run single stroke coil operations. 
• Clean and maintain press operations. 
• Maintain equipment using appropriate lubricants.
• Stop production when quality issues are detected. 
• Complete paperwork. 
• Perform quality checks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Expected to meet 70% productivity standards.
• Ability to adhere to company attendance policies.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Complete assigned tasks on schedule. 
• Basic math skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good manual dexterity.
