Cleaning Technician

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Professional Cleaner to join a growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creating clean and organized spaces, and is dependable, trustworthy, and customer-focused.

Job Duties:

• Clean residential and commercial properties to company standards
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and common areas
• Empty trash and replenish supplies as needed
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service while working at client locations

Qualifications:

• Previous professional cleaning experience is required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Must be highly trustworthy and dependable
• Valid, reliable transportation to travel to local job sites
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be able to pass a background check consistent with applicable California law. Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act and any applicable local ordinances.

Schedule:

• Flexible weekday schedule
• Approximately 4-hour shifts
• 10–15 hours per week initially
• Opportunity to increase to 20–35 hours per week after training

Pay & Benefits:

• $19.00 per hour
• Flexible scheduling
• Opportunity for additional hours after training
• Weekly pay through Express Employment Professionals
