Our client is a well-established industrial contractor known for its family-oriented culture, stable workload, and commitment to employee retention. They are seeking an experienced 6G Certified Welder to join their team for long-term industrial projects.

Responsibilities

Perform TIG welding on stainless steel pipe in the 6G position.Complete high-quality stick welding (SMAW) on pipe and structural components.Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and welding specifications.Fabricate, fit, and weld piping systems to code and customer requirements.Perform weld inspections and maintain quality standards.Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times.Work independently and as part of a team in industrial environments.

QualificationsRequired:

Current 6G Welding Certification.

Minimum 2-3 years of welding experience.

Strong TIG welding experience on stainless steel.Proficiency with SMAW (Stick Welding).

OSHA 10 Certification.Ability to read blueprints and weld drawings.

Preferred:

Confined Space Certification.Pipefitting experience.Experience working in industrial fabrication shops or field environments.Experience welding carbon steel and stainless steel piping systems.
