What You'll Do

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Prepare account reconciliations and financial reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Review invoices, expense reports, and payment records for accuracy
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records
• Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to support business goals

What We're Looking For

?? Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping experience

?? Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

?? Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems

?? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

?? Manufacturing experience preferred; aerospace experience is a plus

?? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
