Job Title:

·         Feed Mill Operators and Associates

What is the opportunity?

·         Are you interested in working for a diverse global agribusiness owned by farmers and member across the United States? If so, we are currently hiring for Feed Mill Operators and related roles.

 How will you spend your time?

·         Operate feed mill equipment (grinders, mixers, batching/pelleting systems) to manufacture livestock feed

·         Receive, handle, and move feed ingredients, load and unload trucks

·         Prepare and manage loadout, including opening hatches, attaching hoses, sampling, and ensuring accurate product delivery

·         Monitor batching/scaling systems and adjust processes to maintain feed quality and production accuracy

·         Perform routine equipment maintenance (greasing, inspections, minor troubleshooting) and report mechanical issues

·         Maintain a clean, safe mill environment through daily housekeeping, spill cleanup, and site upkeep

·         Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards while working with the team to meet daily production targets

 Qualified candidates will provide the following?

·         1+ years in manufacturing production, material handling experience, preferably in an agricultural business

·         Ability to operate production and material handling equipment

·         Full physical abilities (Strength, flexibility, mobility) to perform job duties

·         Ability to pass preemployment drug and criminal background screening

What do you get in return?

·         1^st Shift: 4 AM to 1 PM

·         2^nd Shift: 12 PM to 9 PM

·         Starting Compensation: $20 to $21 hr.
