Job overview:

• Complete apartment unit turns, including painting, drywall repair, basic plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance to prepare units for new residents.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service requests to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues while following safety standards and maintaining tools and equipment.
