Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Carrier Plate Inspector to join our production team on second shift. In this role, you will inspect carrier plates to ensure they meet quality standards before they move to the next stage of production. The ideal candidate is dependable, has a strong attention to detail, and is committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect carrier plates for defects, damage, and quality concerns.
• Verify measurements and specifications using inspection tools and equipment.
• Identify, document, and report any non-conforming products.
• Ensure products meet established quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and production documentation.
• Work closely with production staff to address quality issues.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Ability to use measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time, Second Shift
• Monday–Friday (2:30 pm- 11 pm)
