• Full-Time Position 6am-2:30pm
• Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour
• Work Location: In Person

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you'll play a key role in producing the high-quality products our customers rely on every day. Responsibilities include:

• Operate industrial manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Measure and cut wire screens using shears and press brakes
• Bend, form, and weld metal hooks and sheet metal components
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus, but we're willing to train motivated candidates
• Ability to read measurements and use basic measuring tools
• Comfortable working with metal fabrication equipment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Team-oriented with a commitment to workplace safety
