About the Opportunity

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing home services company to find an experienced Sales & Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys building customer relationships, coordinating daily operations, and helping a business grow.

This role combines operations management, customer service, and sales into one rewarding position. You'll oversee the customer journey from the initial consultation through project completion while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to assess project needs and provide solutions.
• Prepare estimates and present proposals.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Schedule installations, service appointments, and technician routes.
• Coordinate projects from consultation through completion.
• Manage work orders, invoicing, billing, inventory, and materials.
• Monitor job progress, scheduling, and profitability.
• Collaborate with field technicians to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Participate in networking and community events to help grow the business.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations management, office management, project coordination, or service management.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM or scheduling software experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
