Job Description

We are seeking dependable and experienced Construction Workers to join a growing team. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, construction knowledge, and the ability to work safely and efficiently on commercial and residential job sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor and site preparation
• Assist with framing, concrete work, demolition, and remodeling projects
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Read and follow blueprints, measurements, and project plans
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of construction experience preferred
• Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials
• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• OSHA certification is a plus but not required
• Experience operating equipment is a plus
