Position Summary

We're seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong leadership and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from kickoff through successful completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Review project specifications, blueprints, contracts, and other project documentation.
• Track labor, materials, equipment, and overall project costs to ensure budget compliance.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular progress updates to clients and management.
• Schedule, organize, and lead project meetings with key stakeholders.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards, customer expectations, safety regulations, and applicable codes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project management, construction, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience reading project plans, specifications, and contracts is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required, depending on project locations.
