Responsibilities

• Operate on a production line to assemble, package, or process products.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Identify, report, and help resolve product defects or production issues.
• Follow established production procedures and work instructions.
• Accurately complete required production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Quality control or product inspection experience required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
