Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented and skilled Soldering Technicians to join our clients' manufacturing teams. These roles involve precise soldering, component placement, and quality assurance to ensure the production of high-quality electronic assemblies. 1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday in Rochester Hills
2nd Shift: 4:00pm to 2:30am Monday-Thursday
Soldering Duties
- Perform soldering on printed circuit boards (PCB) using IPC 610 standards, ensuring high-quality connections.
- Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to accurately assemble and troubleshoot electronic assemblies.
- Use computers to maintain detailed documentation of work processes and inspection results for quality control purposes.
- Follow manufacturing protocols to ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in soldering, PCB assembly, or related manufacturing roles. IPC certified preferred.
- Ability to pass a soldering test.
- Strong knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT), schematics, IPC standards.
- Manual dexterity and excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in electronics manufacturing environments.
