Express Employment is seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join their team in Minooka, Illinois. This position is responsible for fabricating and welding stainless steel components used in laundry chute systems. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, performing high-quality welds, and working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel components.
Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work orders.
Measure, cut, and fit stainless steel materials using saws, grinders, and hand tools.
Produce clean, strong, and consistent welds that meet quality standards.
Grind, smooth, and finish welds for appearance and safe handling.
Inspect completed welds for proper penetration, alignment, and overall quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required.
Experience welding stainless steel preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
Knowledge of fabrication tools and measuring equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
