Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant | $80,000-$115,000|

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team, responsible for leading key aspects of the month-end close process. This includes reconciliations, journal entries, and resolving issues in partnership with accounting, operations, and other teams. You will manage complex accruals, such as customer rebate programs, by analyzing trends and collaborating with budget owners to ensure accurate payouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Manage complex accruals and support budgeting alongside the Controller
• Contribute to CAPEX planning and fixed asset accounting
• Ensure audit readiness and maintain SOX compliance
• Oversee inventory accounting, including cycle counts and variance analysis
• Utilize tools like Business Central and Power BI for meaningful financial insights

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of relevant experience, manufacturing a plus
• CPA or CMA designation is preferred
• Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of manufacturing accounting and inventory
