Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for an Exterior Maintenance Tech for a Parking Lot Maintenance company based in Manatee County, FL
Duties:
- Sweep parking lots, sidewalks, curbs, and entrances using commercial sweeping equipment and hand tools.
- Pick up trash, leaves, debris, and litter throughout the property.
- Empty and replace trash receptacle liners.
- Blow off sidewalks, parking areas, and landscaped areas using backpack blowers.
- Remove weeds from cracks, curbs, and landscaped areas.
- Clean exterior windows, doors, and building entrances when required.
- Assist with pressure washing sidewalks, curbs, and exterior surfaces.

Requirements:
- Previous grounds maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, or exterior maintenance experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean properties.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
- Ability to push, pull, and operate maintenance equipment throughout the shift.
