Job Summary
We are hiring a Service Technician to inspect, repair, and complete touch-ups on flooring and cabinet installations in new homes. This role works closely with builders and installers to ensure all work meets quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and punch-list items on flooring and cabinetry
• Complete cabinet touch-ups (doors, drawers, panels, etc.)
• Inspect completed installations and document issues with photos and notes
• Measure job sites as needed
• Use hand tools to complete repairs and adjustments
• Communicate with builders, installers, and team members
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Travel between job sites as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license required
• Experience with flooring, cabinetry, construction, or home repairs preferred
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and stand for extended periods
• Work in construction sites, warehouses, and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
