Our client is an innovative custom fabrication company specializing in retail displays, experiential marketing activations, branded environments, and custom-built fixtures for some of North America's leading brands. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Zünd Operator / Digital Cutter Operator to join their growing production team.

Wage: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (Based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate a Zünd digital cutting system to accurately process a variety of materials
• Load, position, and secure materials on the cutting table
• Read and interpret work orders, production drawings, and specifications
• Set up cutting files and machine parameters using computer software
• Monitor machine performance to ensure precision and quality throughout production
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as tape measures, rulers, and calipers
• Change blades, tooling, and machine settings as required
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine preventative maintenance
• Work closely with the print, fabrication, and production teams to meet project deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating a Zünd digital cutter, CNC router, digital cutter, flatbed cutter, or similar automated production equipment
• Experience in sign manufacturing, print finishing, display manufacturing, woodworking, packaging, or custom fabrication is considered an asset
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read production drawings and work instructions
• Experience using measuring equipment including tape measures, rulers, and calipers
• Comfortable working with computers and production software
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing throughout the shift
• Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
