Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow an existing book a business of customer accounts
• Build strong relationships with current clients while identifying opportunities to increase account revenue and expand services
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community engagement
• Conduct client meetings to assess needs and recommend customized signage
• Prepare and enter accurate quotations, proposals, work orders, and project documentation into system
• Oversee projects from initial stages through design, production, installation, and final delivery
• Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure projects meet customer expectations
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, project status updates, and sales updates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and fulfillment process
• Identify and resolve customer concerns
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of Outside Sales and B2B experience
• Experience managing full sales cycle (prospecting to closing deals)
• Proficient in HubSpot and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills
• Valid Driver’s license and own vehicle

Bonus Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the signage, print, graphics, or visual communications industry (asset)
• Able to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal teams

 Compensation and Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:30pm
• Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per annum (based on experience) + Commission and Bonus
