Express Employment is seeking a detail oriented Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations for a luxury goods company specializing in high end handbags, jewelry, and accessories. 

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, coaching and developing a small team, and maintaining a highly organized inventory environment. Because every item is unique, success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $72,000 annually, plus bonus opportunity

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and inventory operations for luxury merchandise.
• Lead, coach, train, and support a small warehouse team.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper handling of high value products.
• Monitor inventory movement and perform regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Foster a collaborative, positive team environment while maintaining productivity.
• Communicate proactively with the corporate office, providing timely updates and resolving issues quickly while accounting for time zone differences.
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance inventory accuracy and workflow.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of warehouse, inventory control, or warehouse leadership experience.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, or training employees.
• Strong inventory management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to proactively keep stakeholders informed.
• High attention to detail and ability to accurately manage unique, high value inventory.
• Comfortable working in a slower paced environment where quality and accuracy are prioritized over speed.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative leadership style.
