We’re growing and looking for a high-energy Recruiter to join our team in Waxahachie.

This is a fast-paced desk connecting hardworking people with jobs in manufacturing and distribution centers throughout Ellis & Southern Dallas Counties. You’ll juggle phone calls, texts, walk-ins, and job orders all day long — helping local companies fill positions quickly while helping good people get to work.

No staffing or recruiting experience required — we’re happy to train the right person. Industry experience is great, but what matters most is that you genuinely care about people.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Genuinely cares about people and wants to help them get to work
• Communicates confidently and professionally
• Is a walk fast, talk fast kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Can type at least 40 WPM — this is a busy desk with a lot of calls, texts, and data entry
• Brings positive energy and urgency to work each day
• Wants growth, opportunity, and performance-based income

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with clients, associates, and job seekers
• Fill open positions by matching qualified candidates with client needs, especially in manufacturing and distribution centers
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Make outbound calls to associates and client accounts
• Help solve workforce challenges for local businesses
• Deliver a high level of customer service and responsiveness
• Work closely with our internal team to create positive experiences
• Keep organized records and maintain consistent follow-through

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable talking on the phone and building relationships
• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-moving environment
• Coachable, dependable, and professional
• Industry experience is nice to have, but it doesn’t matter as much as your people skills — we’ll train the right person
• Backgrounds that translate well: former teachers, retail associates/managers, waiters, waitresses, bartenders, and restaurant managers — anyone used to being on their feet, moving fast, and taking care of people
• Staffing experience is NOT required
