 Front Office Manager

Pay: Up to $25/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Approximately 35 hours per week

Are you outgoing, organized, and passionate about helping people? We're looking for a Front Office Manager to join our growing chiropractic office! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a positive, fast-paced environment where every day is different.

As the first person our patients see, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while keeping the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments and manage patient check-in/check-out
• Process payments and assist with patient accounts
• Coordinate with our billing team for insurance verification and billing questions
• Maintain patient records and office organization
• Support patient flow and treatment preparation
• Communicate closely with the doctor and clinical staff
• Help create a friendly, professional, and welcoming environment

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in a medical, chiropractic, dental, front office, or insurance setting is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Tuesday: 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
