General Laborer – Road Crew / Construction

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM Start (4-Day Work Week)
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Enjoy three-day weekends while building valuable construction skills! We are seeking dependable, hard-working individuals to join a road construction crew working on sewer pipeline rehabilitation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, isn't afraid of physical work, and wants to learn a skilled trade.

Whether you have previous construction experience or you're looking to get your foot in the door, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Assist with sewer pipe rehabilitation and road construction tasks
Help install, move, and position materials, tools, and equipment
Perform general labor duties on active road construction sites
Work alongside experienced crew members to learn proper installation techniques
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Follow all safety procedures while working around heavy equipment and traffic

What We're Looking For

Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions, including summer heat
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team
Construction, road crew, excavation, landscaping, concrete, or pipe laying experience is a plus—but not required
Comfortable lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and standing throughout the workday
Ability to arrive on time for a 7:00 AM start
