Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Sign Installer to join our team. In this role, you will install, maintain, and service a variety of interior and exterior signs for commercial clients. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

Whether installing monument signs, channel letters, vinyl graphics, illuminated signs, or directional signage, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality results that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Install a wide variety of commercial signs, including illuminated signs, channel letters, monument signs, pylon signs, dimensional lettering, vinyl graphics, and wall signage.
• Load, transport, and unload signs, equipment, and installation materials safely.
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and installation drawings.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
• Work from ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and bucket trucks while following all safety procedures.
• Perform electrical connections for illuminated signs (experience preferred but not required).
• Inspect completed installations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and repair existing signs as needed.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Complete installation documentation and communicate project updates with the office and customers.
