Housekeeper
Compensation: $17–$20/hour

• Clean and maintain offices, classrooms, lodging areas, dining spaces, and common areas
• Perform routine cleaning, disinfecting, dusting, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the Island campus
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other facility essentials
• Report maintenance concerns and facility issues promptly
• Assist with room setup and turnover for programs, trainings, and special events
• Follow established cleaning protocols and workplace safety procedures
• Support seasonal deep cleaning and organizational housekeeping projects
• Contribute to creating a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment for staff, students, and visitors
• Work on a local Boston Island requiring a daily 25-minute ferry commute to and from the Island and the ability to work effectively in an outdoor, mission-driven environment
