Key Responsibilities

• Weld mild steel assemblies using MIG welding equipment

• Pass and maintain a 1G weld test

• Read and interpret blueprints and weld documentation

• Operate a lift truck to move materials and inventory

• Work independently and with a team to meet production schedules

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Follow all general and equipment-specific safety procedures

• Communicate effectively with coworkers and leadership

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience required

• Ability to pass a 1G weld test

• Minimum 1 year of welding experience required

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

Work Environment

• Clean, well-maintained facility

• Controlled welding process with ventilation to reduce smoke exposure

• Standard welding equipment provided

• Clear documentation provided for each part
