Job Title: Assembly & Quality Assurance Associate

Express Employment Professionals of Littleton is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals for a temporary manufacturing assignment. This position involves assembling small components and performing quality inspections to ensure products meet strict quality standards. Success in this role requires excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and the ability to work with tiny parts accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble small components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Handle tiny parts with care and precision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards.
• Accurately track work time using the company's online timecard system.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications:

• Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work with very small parts.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to remain focused while performing repetitive tasks.
• Sense of urgency and the ability to meet production goals.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Good vision, including the ability to distinguish and work with small components.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to manipulate small objects.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Englewood, CO
• Duration: July through October
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
• Pay: $19.50 per hour
