Dispatcher

Located in Hooksett, NH

Salary: $25/ht

Dispatcher-Up to $25/hr

 

• Contract: August-Jan (Could turn into a perm position or extend longer!)
• Hours: 8am-5pm
• Location: Hooksett, NH
• Pay: $25/hr
• Must be able to work on call every couple week's for emergency calls.

Duties: 

• Answering a high volume of incoming calls each day. 
• Dispatching the appropriate service based on the type of call. 
• Schedule Service appointments as needed. 
• Invoice customers.
• Accurate Data Entry of information into the system. 
• Time keeping of all service employees. 
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Phone & Customer Service experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years experience with service dispatching is preferred.
• Trades background is a plus!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. 
• Strong organizational, multitasking & communication skills. 
• Excellent listening, Customer Service & Phone skills. 
• Basic Computer Proficiency. 
• Must have great attention to detail!
