Warehouse Coordinator / Sit-down Forklift Operator

Location: Sellersburg, IN 47172

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm

 The primary goal of this role is to manage inventory, support installation teams, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate: a sit down forklift
• Inventory Management:Receiving deliveries, checking them against purchase orders, and reporting any damaged or missing items.
• Order Fulfillment:Pulling correct materials for installers and completing transfer sheets for any inventory leaving the warehouse.
• Organization:Labeling and storing materials by job, organizing remnants for reuse or donation, and maintaining a clean warehouse.
• Maintenance: Checking tools and equipment (forklifts) and performing small repairs as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Physical Ability:Must be able to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Certification or 1 year sit down forklift experience required:Forklift certification is preferred, or a willingness to become certified.
• Experience:Previous warehouse, inventory, experience preferred or flooring installation experience is highly valued.
• Skills:Proficiency in computer filing, data entry, and email is required for tracking inventory.
• Warehouse Environment: The warehouse is not air-conditioned. It is heated in the winter.
