Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and hardworking Bilingual Warehouse Associate who can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. This position will assist with daily warehouse operations while helping communicate instructions and information between English- and Spanish-speaking team members.

Job Duties

• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials
• Receive, inspect, and organize inventory
• Label, package, and stage products
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Assist with inventory counts
• Follow all warehouse and safety procedures
• Communicate work instructions in English and Spanish
• Assist Spanish-speaking team members with understanding workplace instructions when needed
• Report damaged products or inventory discrepancies to management
• Perform general warehouse and production duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Must work well independently and as part of a team
• Steel-toe shoes may be required depending on the worksite
