Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Welder / Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing welding, fabrication, equipment repairs, and preventative maintenance to keep our operations running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong welding skills, mechanical aptitude, and experience maintaining industrial equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on equipment, machinery, and structural components.
• Fabricate and repair metal parts as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, conveyors, motors, pumps, and other industrial machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Inspect equipment for wear and identify potential maintenance issues before failures occur.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all company safety policies.
• Assist with facility maintenance projects and equipment installations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
