Salary: $22.00 an hour

This position is best suited for individuals who have prior manufacturing or warehouse experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment where quality, safety, and reliability matter.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, or forklift experience

- Consistent work history demonstrating reliability and commitment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures

- Dependable attendance and punctuality

- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment

- Willingness to work overtime when business needs require it

Production Associate Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components according to detailed work instructions
  • Maintain quality standards and production goals
  • Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures
  • Work effectively as part of a production team

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
  • Receive, store, and distribute materials to support production operations
  • Accurately complete inventory and shipping documentation
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse

Schedules:

A Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sunday-Wednesday

B Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Sunday-Wednesday (+15% shift differential)

C Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Wednesday-Saturday

D Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Wednesday-Saturday (+15% shift differential)

Must be available for overtime as needed.
