Estimator/Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated Estimator/Sales Associate who enjoys working with clients, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships through professional phone, email, text, and in-person communication.
• Prepare estimates, revisions, addendums, change orders, and final project documents.
• Guide clients through selections including cabinets, hardware, paint colors, and materials.
• Coordinate samples, orders, warranty claims, and project details with vendors and contractors.
• Maintain organized client files and ensure accurate project documentation.
• Support follow-ups and daily client communication to keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and professional writing ability.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Enjoys working with clients and collaborating with a team.
• Comfortable using computers and managing project information.

Experience in sales, estimating, construction, remodeling, or cabinetry is a plus.
