A tool manufacturing company is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating both a sit-down forklift and reach truck, along with strong inventory and shipping experience. This role requires excellent attention to detail, as many products are similar in appearance and must be picked accurately based on size and specifications. Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders according to packing slips and work orders.
• Verify product sizes, part numbers, and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
• Operate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory by performing cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Organize and stock warehouse materials in designated locations.
• Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Must have experience operating both a sit-down forklift and reach truck.
• Inventory control and shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to distinguish between similar-looking products and verify sizes and specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
