We’re looking for energetic, reliable people to help us get homes, rentals, and properties looking their best during our busy turnover season. If you notice the little details, like staying active, and take pride in a job well done, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

• Reset properties between residents
• Make kitchens sparkle, bathrooms shine, and spaces feel welcoming
• Inspect homes and catch the details others might miss
• Work with the team to complete turnovers on schedule
• Help create the “wow” moment when someone walks through the door
• Ensure each property meets Turn Season’s quality standards before the next arrival

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

• Enjoy hands-on work and staying busy
• Have a strong eye for detail and take pride in your work
• Show up ready to work and bring a positive attitude
• Can work independently while being part of a team
• Are reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Have experience in cleaning, maintenance, or property services
