Salary: $18/hr.

Express Employment is seeking an outbound customer service representative for a federal safety compliance company for the trucking industry.  Job duties include:

• Making outbound calls to clients
• Assisting clients in setting up their government-required portal accounts

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience making outbound calls or in a call center setting is a plus
• Experience with government compliance requirements is a plus

Other details:

• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
• Pay rate is $18/hr.
• Role is temporary and expected to be one month in length
