General Construction Laborer
Pay: $20.00 per hour
We are seeking a General Construction Laborer who can perform general maintenance and construction work ensuring units and common areas are safe and functional. The ideal candidate will assist with repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance while maintaining high-quality workmanship and following safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Installed, repaired, and finished drywall, including patching holes, taping, mudding, sanding, and preparing surfaces for painting.
Performed general building maintenance, including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairs.
Assisted with remodeling and renovation projects, including demolition, framing, and material installation.
Operated hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Conducted routine inspections and completed work orders in a timely manner.
Maintained clean and organized work areas while ensuring compliance with company safety procedures.
Assisted with grounds maintenance, debris removal, and other general labor tasks as needed.
Worked independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
