Parts Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

Salary: $17-$18/Hour

We are partnering with a well-established equipment and distribution company in Sarasota that is seeking a dependable Parts Warehouse Associate to join their warehouse team. This position focuses on order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00–$18.00/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential

Position Summary

The Parts Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, checking, packing, shipping, and receiving inventory while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and on time while supporting inventory management and warehouse operations.

Training will be completed on first shift before transitioning to the second-shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, and prepare customer and service department orders with a high level of accuracy
• Pack products safely and efficiently to prevent damage during shipment
• Process outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other shipping methods
• Receive, count, label, stock, and scan incoming inventory
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper organization and warehouse procedures
• Utilize RF scanners, warehouse software, and inventory management systems
• Assist with freight orders, stock replenishment, and return-to-stock processing
• Support customer pickup orders when needed
• Maintain packing stations, warehouse supplies, and inventory locations
• Perform warehouse closing duties and assist with general warehouse operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other departments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable attendance required
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Sit-down and stand-up forklift experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull warehouse materials throughout the workday
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and climb as needed
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a physically active environment
