Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a locally owned and well-established construction company in the Medford area. Our client specializes in residential and light commercial construction and is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean construction sites to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Assist with residential and light commercial construction projects.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Dig trenches and perform general site preparation.
• Assist with concrete work, including setting, bracing, and removing forms.
• Perform light demolition and debris removal.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure and other tools.
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and supervisor direction.
• Maintain compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds or more.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, and climb throughout the workday.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks in a variety of weather conditions.
