Installation Helper

Salary: 18.00/hour

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Installer to join one of our great clients in Kennesaw, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting installers with shower doors, mirrors, shelving, hardware accessories, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Install products and systems according to specifications and company standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of installations to ensure quality and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
• Provide exceptional customer service during installation and address any client concerns.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Document installation processes and report any issues to management.
• Properly use hand tools and power tools

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Proven experience as an installer or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Construction background is helpful
• Must have a clear background to be considered
