Evergen is hiring Part-Time Production Technicians to support its clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment in West Lafayette. What You'll Do

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with production tasks including material preparation, testing, and documentation
• Operate basic lab and manufacturing equipment
• Follow detailed procedures to ensure quality and compliance standards
• Accurately enter data and complete production records
• Communicate equipment, production, or safety concerns to the team

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, laboratory, or cleanroom experience preferred (not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
• Basic computer and math skills
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Comfortable working with animal-based materials

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE
