Pay & Schedule:

• Starting Pay: $14.50 per hour

• Commission Opportunities Available After Training

• Full-Time Position

• Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Rotating Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Leasing Agent / Office Assistant Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist prospective and current residents

• Schedule and conduct apartment tours for prospective tenants

• Assist with leasing activities, lease signings, and move-in processes

• Process rental applications and maintain resident files

• Collect rent payments and perform cash handling duties

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests

• Address tenant questions and concerns professionally

• Maintain accurate records and update property management software

• Perform general office and administrative support duties

Leasing Agent Qualifications:

• Previous leasing, sales, customer service, property management, retail sales, hospitality, or office experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

• Computer proficiency and ability to learn property management software

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
